Overview: The My Rewards Program is a service of Mercury Insurance. This program is provided for all eligible employees of Mercury Insurance Company. All users of this web site agree that their access to and use of this web site are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. Any access is undertaken at the user's own risk. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice.
Eligibility: Eligibility for the My Rewards Program is limited to current Mercury Insurance employees. Points earned in the program cease to exist when this eligibility is severed. No credit, carryover, transfer or redemption of Reward Points is available after eligibility is severed.
Change: Mercury Insurance reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the program at any time.
Mercury Insurance reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards or points, the terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by Mercury Insurance at its sole discretion.
Participant Enrollment: Each eligible employee is automatically enrolled in the My Rewards Program and is assigned a user login, used to gain access to the My Rewards Program web site. Upon initial login, participants may change their personal password.
Redemption and Deduction of Points:
- Any Reward Points not redeemed before termination or separation from employment states will expire.
- Reward Points may only be used to redeem merchandise from the On-Line Catalog. Points are not redeemable for cash.
- The Reward Points you accrue do not constitute your property. You cannot transfer Reward Points to another cardholder. Reward Points have no monetary value except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward.
Claiming a Reward:
- Mercury Insurance reserves the right to modify the merchandise available in the On-Line Catalog at any time and without notice.
- When you have obtained sufficient points, you may redeem an item(s) from those described in the On-Line Catalog.
- Specific merchandise is subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market conditions.
Statements of Mercury Insurance Reward Points Earned: This web site provides eligible participants with detail of transactions, as well as My Reward point balances.
Termination of Program: Mercury Insurance reserves the right to terminate the My Rewards Program at any time without any prior notice to you. If the program is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed Reward Points must be redeemed within one month of the date of termination.
Participant Program Tracking: It is the responsibility of each eligible participant to use their awarded points to redeem items from the On-Line Catalog. Awarded points can only be redeemed for merchandise presented in the On-Line Catalog.
Promotional Events: From time to time, Mercury Insurance, at its discretion, may sponsor events intended to promote participation in the My Rewards Program. These events may be terminated at any time, without cause or warning.
Taxes: Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. Mercury Insurance will report earnings under this program in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.
Shipping and Handling: Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to shipping and handling charges. The shipping and handling charges are included in the point value associated with each item in the On-Line Catalog and are represented in the overall value of the item.
Privacy Notice: This web site is housed and operated by Online-Rewards on behalf of Mercury Insurance. The information collected on this web site will be used by Mercury Insurance in connection with the My Rewards Program. Online-Rewards will not provide your information to non-Mercury Insurance or non-Mercury Insurance third-party business partners without first obtaining your approval to do so.
